Pros: The people I work with are great. The management used to be awesome but things have changed.
Cons: My boss micro manages her employees. The insurance is great as long as you use Shands doctors but the pharmacy benefits are terrible. They decide if they want to pay for brand name drugs and change your medicine without notice.
