Pros: My fellow cnas are always willing to help and have a mind set of sticking together.
Cons: Nurses are rude and treat other staff poorly and try to get you introuble even though they are the ones asking you to do things you are not qualified for.

Keep your compassion in tact. At times being a Nurse Attendant can be very demanding, yet rewarding that you know you are taking care of people. Just remember, you are not just there for your patient, but also their families. Humour is a must along with a lot of smiles!
