Rewarding and Satisfying.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: I love that I go into work everyday and get to see someone smile because I'm there. I love being able to help those who can't help themselves and get great satisfaction from doing it. Nursing isn't a career, it's a way of life. You either have it in you, or you don't.
Cons: It's stressful, and contains a lot of your time, effort and patience, without any of these, you don't have..... Well, a job.

Pros: I love my residents and the time I get to spend daily with them.
Cons: Lack of management supervision, lack of communication, belittled by our RN, and petty drama stemming from a personal incident.

IS TAUGH BUT HELPFUL.

Pros: WHEN I SHOW A PICTURE TO A RESIDENT AND THEY REMEMBER FOR A SECOND THEIR FAMILY.
Cons: CLEAN PUP AND CHANGE DIAPERS.

Pros: I enjoy being able to be someone's arms and legs. I love being a person's life difference.
Cons: As a CNA, I believe that pur work does not get acknowledged as it should. Being a CNA requires a lot of body work.
