Don't stop!!
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Be compassionate and don't get comfortable being a CNA....please whatever you do even ifor it is only taking a few classes at a time at a local college....go on to be a nurse or something else in the medical field if that's what you want to do...it's easy to get stuck in this position....the pay/work ratio is way off!! It's easy to get burnt out doing this type of work!! It also takes a lot of patience with people....some days are better than others...it's also each to get attached to residents if you work in long-term facility!!
