Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Reviews
What is it like working as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)?
July 2016
Its nice working with my residents horrible management.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: Residents.
Cons: My management. Lack of organization and communication. Never having supplies we need.

No AC.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: Knowing that I can leave soon. Getting a raise oh no thats right being promised a raise then all the newbies running around like its christmas with some getting a 2 dollar increase bring their pay scale to your level after you've been with the company for 5 years and had a couple of raises to get to 12.50 being told that your already maxed out and cap your not getting a raise oh but someone with less experience and less time with the company deserves the same pay so I've worked in the same field for 16 years and a person with 5 years gets the same pay as I do I thought that my raises were here thank you for doing a good job but I was wrong any body can get this pay just need a couple years of experience ( they also believe that they are doing you a favor by giving you over time. At least thats what they said to me.)i work 80 to 100 hours a week to pay for my medical because of their great benifts... Lol.
Cons: Its a company that doesnt protect its employees from contagious elements or discrimination. If you report abuse they might do something about it or they might tell you to drop it or they will send you home depending on who you are. Hopefully your in the favouritism group. No AC in the summer's and being told that I should except it its like this every summer.

Friendly recruiters, gracious customers, work flexibility.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: Plenty of work for everyone - never a dull moment!
Cons: Last minute assignments sometimes require me to rearrange my own plans - my family misses me because I'm not achieving work/life balance and am told by my clients that I'm underpaid for my skills.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
The advice I'll give to a new cna is to do your job with desire of caring for the patients always doing the right thing.

You only get holiday pay on Christmas and only if you work.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: The residents.
Cons: Everything, Pruitt is a very greedy company that doesn't like to pay extra for anything. You can't even get holiday pay when you come to work instead of being with family except Christmas but only if you work on Christmas.

Ok.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: My residents they become family ND there family's become family, my Co_workers (nurses) are awesome ppl to work with some of the cna's are trouble ppl but for most part we have a gud cna nite team.
Cons: Mangament we have the worst crowd in der if they get a new team I think it would be a great place to wk for.
June 2016
Over worked, under paid , not appreciated. No incentives.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: 3 day work weeks.
Cons: Employees are made to feel they can never do enough. Their very best isn't good enough. Employees are never complimented or recognized for giving their all every single day. The never ever thank u or compliment you. It is always always negative feed bad. Which would explain their very high turn over rate.
