Electrical foremen are responsible for managing electrical crews during the installation, remodeling, or repair of electrical equipment. This can include upgrading wiring and installing new equipment. The foremen must supervise and ensure that their crews stay on schedule and provide quality work. Electrical foremen must also know how to read electrical plans and should be familiar with current codes for electrical wiring.
