Facilities Supervisor Reviews
I love it.
Facilities Supervisor in Orange:
Pros: im involve in difference things every day cause each day is a challenge
Cons: people are always in a hurry
Facilities Supervisor in Austin:
Pros: I have a very strong team, which I love mentoring and developing. I like interacting with various people and dealing with a wide variety of challenges.
Cons: I dislike not getting recognition and pay for level of work I actually accomplish.
Its challenging, but I absolutely love it!
Pros: Its always different! You learn tons! Absolutely honestly say I look forward to work, I love it! Your not really ever doing the same thing twice. Every project has its own instructions.
Cons: Always waiting on contractors which means deadlines are never met. Lack of communication and support from supervisors to employees. If supervisors supported us, our new building would hardly age. Since we do not have the support, we waste a lot of time and money on stupid things. Ex. Colour coded cloths.
Supervising the day-to-day airport maintenance opperation.
Pros: Being part of a winning time, that set the standard in customer service, safety and operation management.
Cons: The shift work and not having weekends off.
Pace your self.
Do not do too much. It will be expected and not rewarded. It will back fire on you quickly, even if it is for the greater good. Stay out of any drama and be fair to all.
High expectations for lower pay.
Facilities Supervisor in Huntsville:
Pros: You gain insight and experience.
Facilities Supervisor in Waterloo:
Pros: Closeness to work.
Cons: Business immaturity.
