Cons: The traffic is hell. soon there will be no time you can drive without major delays.

Rewarding.

Pros: Early off from work, most weekends off.
Cons: Very stressful job. Responsibility of all departments, staffing, training, cooking, administration, resident relations. Have not seen owner in 5 months, only his emails. Feel that there is little or no appreciation of employees. Coaching limited, I only see the manager 3 hours per week.
