General / Operations Manager in Ottawa:
Pros: If a business treats its trade partners and customers with respect that business will do well as the " it's a small world" notion becomes reciprocated. You gain good staff and great clients. Typically we get our foot into the door of potential big accounts and expand within those businesses.
Cons: The competition in this city in this s industry is the highest per capita ratio in North America so competition is fierce.
