The amount of work is insane, you end up having to keep a lot of loose ends together, to make sure targets are matched and can be very tricky to keep proper track on requirements. Hint: be creative (albeit the position requires critical thinking and protocol adherence).

Pros: The weather is great in Nelson, more sunny days than most of the country, the atmosphere and people are great always willing to help and understanding. Cost of living is not that bad.
