Pros: What I like most is the openness of our team as Graphic Designers and the way we collaborate on every projects. Everyone is helping.
Cons: As a designer, I have this kind of drive whenever I need to create something new for our client, but since we are overseer by a non-design experienced manager, personally, it don't help. The department was so quiet sometimes, no music at all and when the tension arise on other departments, we feel it too. It's hard to explain but I think it shouldn't be this way.

Pros: I work for a company that provides design services and products to many hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, charter companies, and small businesses in the area, so it has given me a great opportunity to network with people I might not have met otherwise. I also love seeing my designs in use around town.
Cons: It's ungodly expensive to live here.
