High turnover rate for several reasons but mainly due to understaffing (ex:staff to patient ratio is unsafe for all involved) low rate of pay compared to other facilities. Benefits are average. Management is in limbo right now & is a nightmare because their only focus is quantity rather than quality (which I highly disagree with) The only pro for me is that it’s close to home.
