There is teamwork among employees. Upper management needs better policies in place to protect patients and employees.

Pros: I love the employees. The hospital has worked to get their staff numbers up so that CNAs and nurses aren't overwhelmed with the patient load.
Cons: Policies aren't followed and they are out dated. They still have maternity and pediatric policies in place from decades ago. Suicidal patients need no-one supervision or safer place to protect them and staff.
