Get Out, Cross the River.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Jersey City:
Pros: Nothing. It’s just convenient to my house.
Cons: Underpay. Increased/Impossible patient and workload. Primitive working environments. Stressful working conditions. Poor training and instruction, direction, leadership and managers. If you can obtain your NY state nursing license get out! New Jersey nursing as a LPN and RN is horrible unless you’re at a large company or organization. Otherwise get out before you lose your license for malpractice due to unsafe and unreasonable and unrealistic working demands and conditions.

Management could be better. Heavy call volume, pay is not equal to the work. Overall a good way to get your foot in the door for other insurance companies. The micromanagement can be draining there's no shade of gray for any understanding.
