Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Reviews
What is it like working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)?
June 2019
Stressful at times.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Chalmette:
Pros: I like that there isn’t anyone there micromanaging me, and that I am the only nurse there on my shift which prevents conflicts
Cons: No no goals, there’s no growth to obtain, not very rewarding position at the facility
June 2019
Truthfully not good. The owner of the company is not transparent. They are in it for the “money” rather the well being of the residents in gerattuc community.

If Underdogs ran the world.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Davenport:
Pros: Love interacting with all the patients on a daily basis. Also have a lot of gratitude towards the counselors who are working everyday, most days, without so much with break, to see to their patient's needs, and meet the needs of the company.
Cons: All the directors negative and moody behaviors daily. It's very depressing coming into a place where you love to work and have to deal with your "superiors" who act like they hate their jobs every day, but yet sit in offices for hours on end in "meetings" while all the other staff are working the hands to the bones without complaints.
May 2019
Management needs to let doctor run his clinic. Too much micromanaging from people not in your office who don’t even work at a dr office telling you how to run it. Too many meetings. A lot of computer problems that cause workers stress.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Sparta:
Pros: Co workers
Cons: Long hours. Low pay
May 2019
Stuck. No room for advancement.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Knoxville:
Pros: I work with pediatric patients. They are the light in my life. I get to make my own schedule even though I work a set one most days. This allows for me to fulfill my Army reserve obligations.
Cons: No career advancement. No pto, no good benefits. 401(k)sucks with no match. No holiday pay/time & a half. I work nights and don't have a differential in pay to compensate. If I leave my case, I go back down to a base pay of $18.50 which I can't live off of.
April 2019
I have a full filling jobthe.
