Mechanical Engineer in Flanders:
Pros: A lot of challenges for the organization means a lot of opportunities to learn and to develop ownership. There's plenty of problems around, but I usually feel like there's a tangible path towards success. It may be a lot of work, but it doesn't feel like you're swimming in quicksand.
Cons: High turnover rate over the last 3-5 years due to the early launch of the main product forced the company into commercialization before they were ready. Lots of chaos.
