Programmer Analyst in Catonsville:
Love working at CCBC. Best job I've ever had. Pros of working at CCBC: Current technology, training, conferences; Great benefits including great healthcare, generous vacation, & holiday leave, tuition reimbursement, pension plan; Campus life including exercise classes for faculty and staff, discount tickets for area entertainment, opportunity to attend events such as plays, musicals, planetarium shows, etc.
It's a great environment, but it can be hectic and frustrating. It requires a lot of research and patience.

Wide range of learning to become more experienced throughout company.

Really decent people, ok pay, long time to promote in our area. No management seems concerned my department hasn’t had a promotion in 24 years, when people obviously deserve it. Great family friendly culture.
Busy City - nice folks!
Programmer Analyst in Cincinnati:
Pros: Lots of folks to meet when out for lunch.
Cons: Don't care for the traffic on the way in and out of the city.
