September 2023
When the Leadership is Clueless and Avoids Responsibility, You Can't Have Much Expectations.
Project Coordinator, (Unknown Type / General) in Los Angeles:
Pros: My colleagues were nice and friendly.
Cons: In one word, my experience here was terrible. The top management put unwanted pressure on employees and pushed them hard out of their comfort zones. Most employees were stressed, exhausted, and looking for a reason to quit. The leadership was also awful at planning and didn't want to consider the future of plan for it.
May 2023
It's great working as a Project Coordinator at CPUT and sometimes discouraging.
Project Coordinator, (Unknown Type / General) in Cape Town:
Pros: It's flexibility and the exposure it affords me.
Cons: The lack of confidence from rest of department and extremely busy line manager where the work we do sometimes get compromised.
April 2023
Overwhelming with no sense of direction.
Project Coordinator, (Unknown Type / General) in Boston:
Pros: My team for the most part get along and work well together - I feel supported by my team members as we all lean on each other.
Cons: Tufts and Harvard Pilgrim are in the process of merging and the combination of both companies has created a lot of chaos and disorganization. I also hear about layoffs often and not having job security as a newer employee is a bit discouraging. My boss is great on a personal level but she is so busy and no one on our team seems to actually know what they are doing - its a free for all which makes it challenging to earn success.
March 2023
