Low stress and even LOWer pay.

Pros: We help people with their eyesight is nice to see in here that people are doing better. I work with great coworkers.
Cons: 401k is a joke because the only money that is deposited is what the employee deposits. Mid West does not contribute. Clarification they contributed $200 once and everybody was all excited like it was a big deal. It takes forever to get PTO even working full time.

It's stressful at times and usually short staffed as most health facilities are.

Right now they have overhired and continue to overhire. Nurses are put on call and canceled often.
