What is it like working as a Registered Nurse (RN)?

January 2020
Registered Nurse (RN) in Charleston:
Management is horrible. They don’t respect their employees. Pay is decent. You work short-handed 99% of the time putting your license on the line. The work culture is all about making management happy not the patients. Patients receive cut rate care.

Registered Nurse (RN) in Indianapolis:
I love working at Community. They are great to their employees; however I wish they had better health insurance. The deductibles are too high. I also don’t like how we have to use our own PTO hours for holidays. It becomes hard to accrue time off around the holidays as a result.
