Pros: I can work from home.
Cons: They limit the time for each project and is always out of scope. They quote low hours to the client, when is always the double for the level of details they want, as a high standard websites.

Pros: Lots of avenues for creativity. Working in an office has its perks and you can often find employment both in freelance or full time settings or even be self employed.
Cons: Can be difficult to keep up with the industry. Many differing methods for doing things means having to learn a lot of different skills.
