An investor relations manager will typically be responsible for all duties relating to the presentation of their company’s investment. While exact duties may be dependent on the type and size of the organization, some typical responsibilities across the field include creating and presenting a consistent investment message to the financial community, keeping various company executives informed of the opinions of the investment community , developing and implementing an investor relations plan, performing comprehensive analyses, monitoring performance relating to investor relations, monitoring operational changes within company management, creating presentations and press releases regarding investments within the company, managing annual reports and SEC filings, maintaining relationships with stock exchange executives, and adhering to all laws and policies.
