AON Inc Reviews
What is it like working at AON Inc?
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
I would suggest that no one work for AON. They are not transparent and they are not fair to their employees. The training is not good at all. Management does not care about the employees. Management will smile in your face and fire you the next day. It's an awful company and I wish I never heard of them.
Average job, great work benefits, low salaries though for junior staff compared to industry standards. The culture is great although some managers can ruin the experience for some colleagues. Senior management is relaxed in their approach. An awesome company to gain experience from.
