"Great People."
Computer Technician:
Pros: You will work with some of the greatest people you'll ever meet at Apple.
Cons: It is very political in the retail stores as far as promotions our concerned.

Customer Service Advisor:
Pros: I love the people I work with, my supervisor and coworkers all stay in close communication all day long. Cheering each other on and always there for support.
Cons: Wish there was more opportunity for promotion.

Technical Advisor:
Pros: I really enjoy the emphasis on upward growth that employees receive from management. The encouragement to do more and better and constantly evolve is great.
Cons: Lots of stress involved with being in the Tier 1 group. Essentially feels like you're in the corp.

"What the heck."
Apple Genius:
Pros: They pay me when I come to work and I am able to do most of the things they need me to do.
Cons: It is hard to get beyond the Genius position, you pretty much have to leave the company or join management.

Recruiter:
Working alongside with smart people, you need to make sure you're smart enough. Super ambiguous environment where things are always changing. Adapt to survive. Despite the heavy workload, need to participate in projects out of scope. Having said that, people here are passionate about the brand and company. Extroverts will have an easier time here. Flexible working arrangement. 3 days thanksgiving leave and whole week off for CNY.
