Vmware, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Vmware, Inc.?
Customer Support Specialist:
I love VMware. The culture is people-oriented which is very encouraging and supportive. There’s no unreasonable demands, yet the standards met are high thanks to the effort made by the management to motivate the people who are generally talented. Great hiring, great grooming and great setting of an ideal working environment!
"Best workplace ever."
Project Manager, Information Technology (IT) in Makati City:
Pros: Everything - The company, the management, the team.
Cons: Having coordination with Dell as their parent organization. There are too many point of contact.
Business Analyst, Finance/Banking in Bengaluru:
Pros: work. life balance
Technical Program Manager (TPM):
Co-workers are great, but managers can be very bad. Lots of politics. High-level management has no clue how much the lower levels latch on to what they *think* the executive wants. You are punished if your top goal is doing the right thing for the company. Compensation good. Benefits ok. Campus is beautiful.
"Very political company."
Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Palo Alto:
Pros: Beautiful campus.
Cons: Lots of favoritism and politics. Management doesn't listen to people below them because they think they know it all.
"Best job ever!"
