Construction Manager Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Construction Manager?

Construction Manager in Letterkenny:
"Involving."
Pros: Satisfaction of taking a contract from drawings to costing to completion.
Cons: The legal jargon and contract stipulations that slow a project down and the lack of coordination within the project team, all construction projects should be BIM at this stage with all parties working from the same drawing model, it would give clients exact costs before a project starts as there would be less or no changes during the construction stage.
