"Best Position I ever Held."
Pros: I get to meet new people regularly who are positive and excited about there new positions. I get to training/ coach and up-skill them so that they are more confident in their positions. I work on creating PowerPoint and denouements. I have a lot of organisation tasks. People enjoy being involved in the work that I do.
Cons: It can be high pressured. There is only one trainer so there is no one to cover me. I get involved in a lot of other work items outside my role. The company haven't invested in the facilities and technologies needed to make my sessions more inclusive and interactive.
