Cons: Stressful environment, recognition is low, salary not as per industry standard.
This companies are hiring slaves not engineers .

Cons: Management is worse.every year they will come up with a plan to reduce the salary.
The worst management example I will show you now:
I joined in 2012 and the fresher who came next year were getting more then me .
This is there system.(hr are paid to reduce salary]
The only reasion behind the sucess of this type of company is now a days skilled human hour is cheaper then the shit.
You can even get it for a rupee.
The labour class even have there rights to ask for salary.
You can see only it people do sucide at the most so.be away from this ediot profession.or choose some good company.

Pros: Freedom, responsibility and accountability.
Cons: Money - I am underpaid here in HCL Tech.
Corporate culture is average, work flexibility is good.

Pros: No stress and scope for learnig.
Cons: Salary is very average.

Pros: 1. Culture.

3. Management.

Cons: 1. No growth.
2. Less caring.
