What is it like working at Johnson Controls Inc?

Working as a Maintenance Mechanic at Johnson Controls Inc is stressful.
Maintenance Mechanic in Dothan:
Pros: I like that my direct supervisor lets me work under no supervision. I am trusted that my work will be done efficiently and properly.
Cons: I dislike the older equipment and the hassle of getting money approved for repairs.
Solid business growth year over year.

Pros: Flexibility, ability to make decisions
Cons: growth within organization, opportunities to earn more pay
Technical Writer:
Overall the culture here is great. People are nice, it's a fun place to work, you get lots of different opportunities to work in innovation. The work is tough going though. The main issue I have is the pay is borderline insulting in my department. I'm here for a while now and have never gotten a raise despite very positive end of year reviews. I really don't want to leave but I might have to find better pay elsewhere.
Lot of growth opportunities.

Challenging, rewarding, frustrating.
Marketing Operations Manager in Milwaukee:

Challenging, rewarding, frustrating.
Marketing Operations Manager in Milwaukee:
Pros: Flexibility, variety of tasks, global reach
