"Corporate Culture is on paper."
Pros: Best thing about job is you got to know many things apart from your own work, You get training session to improve your skills and knowledge.
Cons: 1. Salary is pathetic a yearly hike of INR 360 is not easy to digest just because that person is just promoted. 2. The employee retain - Company is ready to pay over 50% of salary to new hire but the employee who is with company hardly get 4-5% of a yearly hike. 3. The salary difference between a New hire and Tenured Staff new Hire salary matches with a salary of his senior in the same job. 4. HR department - This guy are the most useless I have ever seen, Never ever raise any issue with them just keep quite. They will ask you to tell problem which they don't know. 5. People in the management will apply their knowledge of Six Sigma and some Japanese technique says Hijonka / Kaizen etc. Which in reality never works because they don't know what exactly we do.

Cons: It's a very small company. It doesn't pay incentives in any way to us. Salary is less.
