Tommy Hilfiger, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Tommy Hilfiger, Inc.?
Used to be great
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: I love the fact my retail manager is passionate about the brand and the people who work in it. She's the person who I think of when I hear Tommy Hilfiger
Cons: The culture has changed since PVH have taken over. What the culture of Tommy was when I started to what it is today don't feel like its the same business. What used to be a business that looked after its people, today it's a business that looks for people who look the part not those that are competent in doing the job. Knowing the job and how to do it were important........today it's about who you know. Stay clear its not the brand for you unless you're a tall blond with a great set of legs.
Good discounts little pay and little hours.
Cashier in Orlando:
Pros: The discount
Cons: The amount of hours a week
Big company = you are just one small part and never to be grown.
Graphic Designer in Amsterdam:
Pros: Fellow employees.
Cons: Management
Assistant Store Manager in Stafford:
Pros: Meet different people from all over the world.
Cons: Not able to serve every customer one on one do you to luck of payroll And not have enough coverage.
