Finance Specialist:
I worked in Accounts payable in their head office in Watford Junction.
Absolutely herrendeous place to work. No more than 30 min lunch break, making a coffee or going to the toilet daily is frown upon, being late 2 or 3 minutes means you have to make up your minutes and send an email to manager plus few team leaders - one saying how many minutes you were late and when you're going to make them up , one saying when you made your few minutes.
Managers are bullies and your mid year and end of the year review is just another opportunity to put you down.
I you stay with this company more than few months, you'll leave there traumatised. I'm not kidding, ask anyone who's been there more than a year.
