Job Description for Senior Sales Administrator

Senior sales administrators perform day-to-day administrative functions, sales coordination, and hiring functions for the sales department. The use, and sometimes creation, of office customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a key part of the position, and this job involves regular communication with customers and coworkers. Senior sales administrators work with subordinate sales administrators in the department, customer service agents, and suppliers. Additionally, they serve as the point of escalation for customer complaints and inquiries. Typical days for senior sales administrators include providing guidance to the other sales administrators and ensuring maximum efficiency in the workplace. They generate leads, work with suppliers to negotiate low prices, and work to ensure customer satisfaction. These administrators generally work full time in an office setting.
