What is it like working as a Software Engineer?

Software Engineer in Costa Mesa:
The workload depends entirely on the project that you're assigned. If it's a migration project, there's no changing the final deadline 99% of the time, so the hours are typically high for a 3 month span (50-60 hrs). If it's reporting project, the workload can be a lot easier. HR didn't really exist until recently for the US branch, and some managers definitely need to be talked to about ethics.
