Great at first.
Software Engineer in Buenos Aires:
Pros: It's a renowned company. Stock options, free food and snacks, people are great and very friendly.
Cons: Although there are a lot of teams with different projects and they tell you that if you get bored you can always switch to another team, that's not completely true - they will make it so hard that you will desist. Little to zero work-life balance: on-calls tend to be hard and when you're not on-call you're also expected to work off hours without expecting any compensation at all. The only compensation you get is that you can work from home the following day or even work fewer hours. So, working extra hours isn't paid. No work from home policy, for some reason they want you to be there always. Lots of useless meetings. There's no possibility to explore new technologies or work in new projects because upper management always rejects it.
