Job Description for Video Game Artist

Video games are more popular than ever, partially due to the rise in cell phone use over the past decade, and new mobile games are released almost every day. Video game artists are responsible for planning and designing these games using extensive programming knowledge and creating virtual environments in which people are challenged, but still have fun. They must be able to tell cohesive stories, create amazing visuals, and do so in ways that keep players coming back for more.
