Warehouse Manager Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Warehouse Manager?

Warehouse Manager in Bournemouth:
"Good."
Pros: Work life balace
Cons: Traffic

Warehouse Manager:
Overlooked for promotion, a few too many times. Funny thing about that, those promoted keep finding better opportunities in 'bigger' companies, none the wiser. Lidl is growing but the culture remains the same. Probably we should all do the same, gain the experience, join a bigger company. Appreciating loyalty should go beyond a certificate and a meal with your manager.

Warehouse Manager in Leicester:
Pros: Its where I live so its local and easy and where I grew up.
Cons: The low wage, and the constant traffic.

Warehouse Manager in Swansea:
"Nice place to work."
Pros: The people and the location.
Cons: The weather.

Warehouse Manager in Milton Keynes:
"Lack of Organisation."
Had I known just how unorganised and disinterested the company was in the well being/work environment of the employees, I may have thought twice about accepting the job.

Warehouse Manager in Manchester:
"Can be very self satisfying at times."
Pros: Company car, working conditions.
Cons: The senior management, pay, holidays.

Warehouse Manager in Birmingham:
"IMPORTANT, FLEXIBLE, INVOLVED"
Pros: OPERATIONS, MAKING SURE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND STOCK LEVELS ARE 100% CORRECT.
Cons: UNDERVALUED, MORE RESPONSIBILITIES.
