The company treats people like they don’t matter. There is hardly and team or company functions or comraderee. The culture is non existent at best. Management expects you to work well beyond a normal work week and punishes you if you don’t.

Pros: The company culture and diverse project types and sizes. I also enjoy collaborating with people both in my office and at other home office locations world-wide.
Cons: Although the KC office is set up like a small studio environment and being part of a larger corporatioon comes with it's benefits, sometimes being of a larger corporations makes it challenging to direct the studio environment in the direction the industry is headed without taking time to jump through hoops.
