Project Engineer:
Pros: Good Personal policies, No headache of workload.
Cons: Some people in managerial level are need to be qualified with minimum MBA Degree.

Good working culture. Good technical knowledge. Very good overall except salary is not up to the market. Senior is political and have to deal every senior politically favratist culture in team. That's hurting.

Cons: I don't think trade compliance have bright future as a career opportunity as a can't learn new things. Only works on excel and some PDM/PLM softwares.
