Bal Seal Engineering, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc.?

A job.
Project Engineer in Irvine:
Pros: It's easy given my skills. They don't really want you to work hard.
Cons: Mangers cut your wings when you try to go one step further. They only want people to stick to they job and only their job. That kills excellence because you get the same review either if you work until 8am-5pm or 8am-9pm....
Production workers can have a robust experience.
Production Operator in Colorado Springs:

A job.
Senior Project Engineer in Foothill Ranch:
Pros: No micromanagement. They give me space to get the job done.
Cons: Pay. Always negative reinforcement.
Great place to learn the industry, mediocre company culture, but getting better.
Mechanical Engineering Intern in Colorado Springs:
Pros: The autonomy and collaboration.
Cons: It's a big ship turning slowly, not the best company culture.
