Great.

Pros: Helping our active service members receive quality products to do their jobs with.
Cons: Long term Stability in DOD contracts is a hard thing to navigate when you set roots in a community.
Mechanical Engineer in Fort Worth:
Great company. Pay is kind of low. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get into aerospace, but it’s better to move around to move up. Good CEO and management, only a few bad eggs, but that is anywhere.
Small compared to a Boeing means you get exposed to more responsibility and areas of specialty.
Aerospace Engineer in Fort Worth:
Pros: Broad responsibilities on really cool products
Cons: Not being in a functional organizational structural that would allow me to focus on a specific area and gain deeper knowledge
Okay company.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in Fort Worth:
Pros: People, lower level and the programs
Cons: Management, Stress, Pay, and career planning/progression
Organized chaos in a fast paced high stress environment.

Cons: The amount of work that must be accomplished with less money, less manpower and less resources.
Excellent Environment.

Cons: Dated processes, uncertainty of civil aviation business
