Pros: Excellent company with the flexible ability to choose my projects. As a software developer going into his second year of experience, combined with my consultancy training in public policy analysis however, I'm a bit under pressure what with student loans.
Cons: Base Salary needs to increase. I wasn't allowed to "negotiate" and I'm aware I'm being shortchanged at the moment.

Pros: - Leaders Understands Family in almost all situations. - Leaders ensure hardworking personnel are always on a contract. - Leaders ensure the future is bright for upcoming leaders. - Leaders ensure proposals are consistently being done to improve different work venues are sought after. - Leaders ensure the work brand is kept well in a professional manner. - Leaders ensure personnel have fun with family and co-workers through fun gather events. - Community Service. - The ability to relocate.
Cons: Health care system - it can be better. Vacation time is not great. We have no sick leave separate of vacation time. Reimbursement for over 50 miles of travel is not a likeable system in many cases.

Pros: The company has strong ethics and a great name. There are a lot of opportunities for learning and networking, though they are often not available to those on client site.
Cons: The management system is flawed. Communication with upper management has been negative. Each contract has different rules. Difficult to switch between contracts. Stuck in one role, difficult to change.

Cons: Management is non existent. Make sure you get your time card in on time with the right numbers, but that's about it.

Cons: I have performed more infrastructure tasks than development tasks.
