Campbell Soup Company Reviews

What is it like working at Campbell Soup Company?

So much transition and uncertainty.
Senior Financial Analyst in Charlotte:
Pros: Very casual environment. Great work-life balance. Company has great potential if they could get operating margins together.
Cons: The company is going through a lot financially with the meals and beverage business lagging. Cost-cutting, integrating new companies, etc. There is so much uncertainty, lack of communication, and just an overall feeling of unease. There are so many layers that analysts doing the work are left out of key conversations and fed information second-hand. It's a very difficult time right now.
Great place to learn and grow.
Training Coordinator in Salem:
Pros: Great coworkers, appreciation, and independence.
Cons: Too many changes at too quick a pace with too few resources.
Great performance.
Senior Systems Administrator in Portland:
Pros: pay
Cons: management
Good place but is not a trend setter.
Finance Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: The people
Cons: We don't innovate in a meaningful way and we follow trends and don't set them.
