Pros: good people, great benefits (high contribution for 401K, stock purchase plans), decent salary. Cons: mobility is tricky, reprganizations within the business too frequent, creates insecurity and anxiety to associates.

Pros: I don't have to work that hard.
Cons: I'm not appreciated when I come up with better solutions. Stupidity routinely wins over elegant solutions or alternatives.

Pros: Excellent 9-5 work culture. Very nice coworkers. Reasonably good benefits. Cons: Company is extremely vertical and top-down directed. Rank matters greatly for having your voice heard. Extremely conservative work environment stifles innovation. Data access and management remains miserable despite years of work. Low pay relative to the rest of the financial sector. Often unable to accurately place senior people into appropriate hiring levels, resulting in resentment above and below.
