Cons: Work so hard for so little

Sales Consultant:
Training for the job. No. Will show how to use the systems and then throw you on the floor. If you do sales; expect no commission while they drive up how many contracts you are to get each month. You could bring in multi-million dollar contracts, but you will get a prize from the dollar store. They constantly push stats down your throat while having to do "culture activities" to try and keep the work place "fun." There is a lot of "water cooler gossip" and if you are not part of that crowd then you will find that people will turn on you. A lot of stepping on others to get ahead. Wasn't worth my integrity or ethics.
