Pros: Paid weekly, fairly easy work, 401k, short commute.
Cons: Rude and entitled customers, understaffed, management doesn't give constructive feedback, lot of personal drama in the workplace.
I love it.

Pros: I love the people I work with I love the work that I do
Cons: I dislike the fact that are pay is so low when most other jobs get paid a lot more than we do and we do a lot more work than other jobs plus other jobs give sign on bonuses we don't have that if we would make more an hour I believe we would have more employees that would want to work for the Dollar general company

Pros: I love the people I work with. Everyone is so nice and understand.
Cons: The pay we have 6 employees and soon to be 5 so we work a lot and pull a lot of doubles to make the store look great. I feel we should be getting paid more for all the work we do.

Pros: My direct reports and watching them grow
Cons: The constant fire fighting Have a plan work the plan should me the motto not running from this idea to another
The customers make it worth it.

Pros: I like to meet people who come and shop at the store.
Cons: I least like the few hours I sometimes get in a week. Like one day a week.
Hardwork hours are very demanding.

Cons: Working 6 days a week at bare minimum 48 hours but normally 52-56

Cons: The company could truly care less about their employees. As long as they are lining their pockets and the pockets of the shareholders, that is all that really matters.
