"Mixed Review."
Pros: Mostly great people and culture as a whole. Company has a great philosophy.
Cons: Training is mostly on the job. A person must come with innate ability to organize themselves. The work environment is as a whole determined by the Financial Adviser. Each office has only one Financial Adviser and one Branch Office Administrator. If the Financial Adviser is a good leader, the office tends to have a good vibe. If the Financial Adviser is immature, inexperienced, etc., the office suffers no matter how good the assistant is. Compensation is low compared to the amount of work both Financial Adviser and Administrative Assistant must accomplish.
