Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Expeditors International of Washington, Inc.?

Project Manager, Software Development in Seattle:
Expeditors is a good place to start your career and get some experience. For IS they don’t pay the best, and don’t use very new technology. If you’re looking to really grow or fast track your career, Expeditors will be too slow moving.
A chance to turn over a new leaf, but inertia remains.
ScrumMaster in Seattle:
Pros: Great people. Low-stress environment where everyone seems to want to pull in the same direction. Dress code is a chance to look sharp in a city that seems to actively shun that.
Cons: For a Fortune 500 company, management is ridiculously cheap, often for seemingly poor reasons. Company is trying to move away from old-fashioned bureaucratic development processes, but there are a few dinosaurs who seem like they just won't get on board for the big win.
Good but not great.
Transportation Agent in Portland:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: hours and pay
Great work environment, Great people and Great company ethics.
Pricing Analyst in Feltham:
Pros: Plenty of training and opportunity. Promotion from within. Always driving efficiency and great people.
Cons: Dress code (For men, tie is a must which I feel is too strict)
Exhausting with opportunity to learn.
Operations Manager in Charlotte:
Pros: People I work with.
Cons: Being bonuses on a product that historically struggles in revenue.
Proud employee.
Customer Service Agent in Reading:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Lack of support with customer issues
Challenging with Opportunity.
Director, Supply Chain Management in Edwardsville:
Pros: Every day presents a new challenge. I get to help my customers.
Cons: Very formal work attire.
