First Student Transportation Reviews

What is it like working at First Student Transportation?

November 2014
"Company bad but job rewarding."
Bus Driver, School:
Pros: The students are the best part of this job. Also.. Seeing the seasons change out in the country.
Cons: First student does not make employees feel valued.
January 2015
"Its ok."
Bus Driver, School:
Pros: Driving.
Cons: To many kids.
May 2016
"Great. I was able to have the same rt. For 10 years."
Bus Driver, School:
Pros: My students on the bus. Everyday was an adventure. I had some great kids. They knew the rules, on the bus. It helps a lot, when the schools work with you & everybody is on the same page. I really never had a big discipline problem with my students. As far as working for first student, it was nice. Things change.
Cons: The communication. It just seemed, at times, at least a couple of us employees, weren't told, if there were changes in our routes or new managers; who usually has different things they expect of you.
