Pros: Fast fashion, being creative with apparel , mannequins and displays , developing a team.
Cons: Stress level, accountability, not enough training, upper supervisors level of respect , unrealistic work expectation time frames.

Pros: I like that I can use my style to create different looks in sections of the store.
Cons: Being given short notice and little time to finish a project by a certain time and them rushing me for a picture of it. Last minute big changes. When I’m trying to do visual work and my operational team is not working their part to I have to stop my project to also do their job.
