Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc.?
It’s hard to do the tasks in the allotted time frame.
Dialysis Technician in Morehead:
Pros: Co workers
Cons: I feel we don’t have the time needed to interact with patients
Challenging, wonderful, I love it.
General / Operations Manager in Pretoria:
Pros: That I am given the opportunity and trust by management to be the best and do the best in the job I am holding.
Cons: That new staff in lower positions entering the company get an entrance salary higher than mine, as a manager I must stay patriotic, motivate other managers that also has insight in candidates salary that is also higher that theirs ( Unit manager). Due to my positions I must always maintain a positive attitude, radiate it outwards to all the staff under me to keep them motivated. This is difficult because sometimes I do not agree with what happens in FME or what is rolled out. Expectations from management is sometimes unrealistic and I must present and roll out in a positive manner.
Mismanagement...at all levels.
Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET):
Pros: Great benefits.
Cons: Promotions are given to "friends" no matter how unknowledgeable they are, and managers lack the ability to lead.
It has been great.
Accounts Receivable Clerk in Johannesburg:
Pros: Good relationship with co workers
Cons: communication between staff and management
A rewarding experience.
Renal Dietitian in Rialto:
Pros: Developing relationships with patients and coworkers
Cons: The clinic where I work is closing
It is definitely a for profit organization.
Clinical Manager in Waterloo:
Pros: I liked the location because it was close to home but they are closing the clinic in Nov. due to low profits in a rural area.
Cons: I feel like pt. care and needs should come first. The company makes millions of dollars every year.
Good.
Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician in Alexander City:
Pros: Patients
Cons: Hours
